Shipping & Returns
All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order. Orders are shipped within 7-14 working days. And customer will receive it within 14 days from ordering. International shipping time may differ according to the location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Chennai using merchant couriers and EPS for international orders.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We charge a flat fee of Rs.100 for shipping within India. Your package will be shipped out within 12 working days from the day you place your order. Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to almost all major countries- India, USA, Middle East, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. Please do note vivekkarunakaran.com does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. The inclusion of any product or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products are services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products order will be used only in lawful manner.

We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 14 days exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after 14 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in.
Please note that we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. End of season sale items or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
VK is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. VK does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at VK’s sole discretion.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
